We are the People - We are the Future​

 

​Key of Liberty is a practice scholar progam that will give our youth an in-depth study of the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution.  Will get our students familiar with our Founding Fathers and the Revolutionary Era.  Will inspire our students to get on the path of great learning,  thinking, writing, and public speaking.  Gaining a love for our heritage and the country we live in.

 

Students will read classic literature and biographies of America's founding era and discuss what they have read.  Learn about forms of government that promote freedom through class simulations, short lectures.  Students  will write papers on assigned themes which will inspire them to ponder our freedoms that we are able to enjoy.

 

Oral presentation and memorizing parts of our nation's founding documents will be included as well.

 

Current events will be brought into class as applicable.

 

Plan on 10 - 15 Hours each week in study
