During this phase, the student falls deeply in love with learning, studying , knowing, and learning even more.

TJed- Leadership Education
Phases of Learning.
Scholar (ages 12 - 16)
During this phase they start as Appretenice or Practice Scholars and work up to the goal.
Our goal is to mentor the students aquire 5,000 - 8,000 hours of intensive study. When a student is passionate about learning, it is not uncommon for them to study:

8-12 hours per day

5-6 days per week

10 months per year
This is a significant paradigm shift from "teenager" to "young adult". We clear obstacles for them.
